Dolphin Conservation Experience Kayak Ecotour

Introducing a new level of collaboration between Ripple Effect Ecotours and Marineland Dolphin Adventure. This unique combination of kayak and walking tours will introduce visitors to the complete “Dolphin Conservation Experience”. The day will start at Marineland Dolphin Adventure, where guests will be immersed in the history and legacy of conservation at this amazing facility. After a short break, guests will be delighted with a 2 hour kayak tour venturing into the Marineland Matanzas Basin where Ripple Effect Ecotours expert guides will focus on the Atlantic bottlenose dolphin natural habitat. We hope you will take part in this exciting new “Dolphin Conservation Experience” and help spread the Marineland Ripple Effect!

The St. Augustine Winter Spectacular

St. Augustine Winter Spectacular! is a family-friendly, entertaining holiday production that follows a young girl’s journey home for the holidays.

Filled with a variety of dance styles, characters, and holiday scenes to kick off the season, the show offers an exciting and unique experience for St. Johns County residents and visitors. You can expect high-kick dancers, ballerinas, acrobats, actors, and more amidst dazzling costuming and props. The Dance Company’s elite Performance Ensemble comprises the majority of cast members as well as other dancers and performers who auditioned for roles.

Tickets are sold as assigned seats and vary depending on the location in the theater. Tickets range from $15-25 if purchased in advance online. Tickets will be $25-30 at the door depending on seat location (cash or local check only please!)

FIS Tour de Cure for American Diabetes Association

The American Diabetes Association, (ADA) will hold its annual FIS Tour de Cure on Saturday, December 1, 2018. Taking place at World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida, the event is expected to be bigger and better than ever, replete with a holiday theme. Tour de Cure seeks to raise funds and awareness for diabetes: America’s #1 chronic health crisis. People of all ages and skill levels are invited to participate in the combined event – whether a 12, 40 or 60-mile Cycle or a 5K Run/Walk. Registration remains open through December 1. Participants can register for $30 through November 31. The fee will be raised to $35 for participants registering day-of on December 1. Fundraising minimums for the ride are $200 and $100 for the Run / Walk. All proceeds from the Tour de Cure benefit the American Diabetes Association (ADA), which protects the rights of people with diabetes, and funds critical research to find a cure.

21st Annual Vw Turkey Run Fundraiser

Turkey Run hosted by VW of St. Augustine and the Old City Oil Drippers is a free annual car show that is fun for the whole family. Bring out your vintage or newer model VW or just come by and enjoy the bounce house, DJ, Food, Raffle and car contest. This event will raise funds with the sales of tee shirts and posters for the family of former Old City Oil Drippers Designer and member John Boswell who passed away suddenly last year at the age of 40 leaving behind his wife and two children.

Grand Opening of Pat Richard Automotive

Join us for our Grand Opening celebration. We will have WSOS broadcasting LIVE with giveaways, a silent auction, and South Pole Ice Cream Truck. We will have LARGE food plates for sale. Come hungry because you are guaranteed to leave full! A portion of proceeds from the silent auction will go to the Friends of the main library to benefit St. Johns County Public Library.
