Local artisans contributed their skill in crafting the handmade kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, stained glass doors, as well as the exquisite red cedar and epoxy island countertop. The wall with the renowned Spread Love graffiti and the outdoor St. Augustine mural define the space.

The ArtHouse: Industrial Chic Warehouse Conversion is in a great location in Uptown, right next door to a soon-to-be-opened co-working space, a short walk to the famed Ponce de Leon, Fountain of Youth, the Old Jail, and Ripleys or you can hop on the trolley across the street to experience some of St Augustine’s best restaurants and shopping less than 5 minutes away. Need more space? Sanchez Suites is right in front of The ArrHouse and can accommodate another six people.
