School of the 16th Century

In conjunction with St. Augustine’s Festival de San Augustin, the School of the 16th Century is an educational and entertaining way to learn about the history of our city. This annual event will include historical reenactors that will recreate life as it was 450 years ago. Guests are included to be entertained as they browse various historical pieces such as jewelry, textiles, blacksmithing, and even live sword fighting. This event is free and open to the public.
