FREE Introductory Pole Walking Clinic
You’re invited to a FREE Introductory Pole Walking Clinic where you will learn the history and the many amazing benefits of Fitness Pole Walking! After a brief demonstration of proper technique, you will have the opportunity to Pole Walk with a pair of the provided KeenFit Poles. Fitness Pole Walking is easy and fun for all ages and capabilities and will turn even a simple walk around the block into an effective efficient aerobic total body workout. CLINIC PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
