Datil Pepper Festival
With the popularity of the county’s favorite spicy little pepper, it’s no wonder we need a whole festival to celebrate it! The festival will feature a variety of vendors inside the center and out as well as the beloved plant sale and food court. On Saturday, the Festival will host the annual Datil Pepper Restaurant Cook-Off, where local chefs will have the chance to show off their culinary skills with their favorite datil pepper cuisine. There will even be an amateur hot sauce competition. So get ready to get fiery.
Admission to the Datil Pepper Festival is free, tasting tickets for the Datil Pepper Cook-Off are $1 per taste.
