Join some of the brightest names in the culinary industry who will make predictions about what the coming year might bring to the table. The Womens Food Alliance lunch and Chef Panel is moderated by Lauren Titus, Editor of Edible Magazine. Event is at the Renaissance Hotel in World Golf Village. Panel will discuss “What it takes to find inspiration in the Kitchen” ~ “How to stay Creative” ~ “Translating global trends into local dishes” ~ “Educating diners on new ingredients & methods of presentation” etc. etc.
The Chefs are Kenny Gilbert, Rebecca Reed, Erika Dupree Cline, Nancy Slatsky and DeeAnn Hobbs. Lunch menu: Fried Watermelon Pickles & Semi-Soft Cheese ~ Chicken Paillard Salad ~ Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Mousse ~ Blackberry Lemonade. Cost: $40/pp (inclusive of tax & gratuity).
