You’ll find pieces from Sticks and David Marsh’s Shoestring Creations alongside playful MacKenzie-Childs accents. It’s a little like staying in an art gallery—one where you’re encouraged to get comfortable, put your feet up, and make yourself at home.
Room to Relax, Space to Spread Out
Sanchez Suites features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a screened porch connecting the main cottage and the studio suite. The layout makes it a welcoming choice for couples traveling together, families, or friends who appreciate a little privacy along with places to gather.
In the main living area, settle into the Stressless sofa for a movie on the 65-inch TV. The studio suite offers a Purple king bed, twin-over-full adult bunk beds, and its own bathroom.
Three TVs and smart-home conveniences add everyday comfort, while the screened porch invites you to slow down over morning coffee or catch up after a day exploring St. Augustine. Wendy brings the color and creativity; David makes sure there’s a great screen for movie night. Together, we’ve created a home we love sharing.

Our Uptown St. Augustine vacation rental puts you close to some of the city’s favorite attractions. Walk to the Fountain of Youth, the Old Jail, and Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, or explore the restaurants and shops along San Marco Avenue.
With a trolley stop across the street, you also have a convenient way to discover more of historic St. Augustine, from downtown shopping and dining to the city’s celebrated landmarks.

"This was my first trip to St. Augustine and my first stay at an Airbnb. Wendy and David surpassed all expectations with their lovely cottage. The cozy cottage was very clean and has a great split layout that’s perfect for two couples or a small family. There are useful instructions for everything around the house, and the artsy decor is vibrant and refreshing. The cottage is in a quiet residential neighborhood within a 15-20 minute walk to most of the main attractions in the Old City, and the Fountain of Youth, Old Jail, and Magnolia Avenue are even closer. "This was hands down the most unforgettable Airbnb stay ever! It was our first trip to St. Augustine & we will be back! We started off every day with a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine, & enjoyed choosing a different fun coffee mug. Also, high tech toast! (You’ll see.) All while playing our Spotify music throughout the entire house via Bluetooth! The location is prime and we walked to the historic district each day of our trip. (15 min walk.) So many places to dine and shop nearby! Short drive to the beaches and lighthouse! The house itself is so beautiful and artsy, it’s unbelievable. Every little detail is so aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and you can tell how each item ties in somewhere else in the house. Highly recommend relaxing in the jacuzzi tub! Fresh linens, clean house, and it smells amazing! Wendy & David were super responsive and helpful, the kindest humans you’d ever want to know. We felt like we were staying at a good friends house by the end of our trip!!!"
