DESCRIPTION:Wednesday evenings are special for tourists and locals alike as the St Augustine Beach Civic Association presents the 17th season of Music by the Sea. This free\, family friend event happens each Wednesday evening starting on May 7th and continues through September 11th. 19 weeks\, 19 different bands featuring music from multiple genres of music including Jazz\, Blues\, Classic Rock\, Country\, Disco\, Pop and Latin too. The event runs from 6 until 9 PM each Wednesday evening at the St Johns County Pier Park in the Pavilion. Each week a different local eatery provides optional food service with dinners priced at $10 or less. Patrons should bring their own blanket or beach chairs\, pack a cooler and get ready to dance. DESCRIPTION:Every year\, the Florida Living History\, Inc. and the Fort Mose Historical Society reenact the 1740 Spanish victory at the Battle of Bloody Mose. Visitors can participate in the commemoration of the battle and enjoy reenactments of the 1740 battle that forced the British to retreat from Spanish Florida. The reenactments will take place at 12 pm and 2 pm\, but there will be activities throughout the day like musket demonstrations and craft-making – like blacksmithing\, finger weaving\, and pine needle basket weaving. DESCRIPTION:Anastasia State Park is offering a guided bird walk on Sunday\, June 16\, and Wednesday\, June 19\, from 8:30 to 10:30 am. \nLed by a park volunteer and naturalist\, this nature walk is open to participants of all levels. Anastasia Park boasts a diverse variety of shorebirds\, marsh birds\, and hammock birds\, as well as migratory birds in the winter months that cannot be seen any other time of the year. The walk leads guests along the beaches\, boardwalk\, and nature trails of the state park. \nParticipants are asked to dress for the weather and bring binoculars\, water\, and comfortable walking shoes.
