DESCRIPTION:On the third Saturday of every month\, the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve hosts a guided walking tour at Guana South Beach from 9 to 11 am.  This walking tour is a two-hour long hike and participants will learn about the various species of life that call the area home. \nAfter the tour\, guests can return to the visitor center\, continue to hike the nearby trails or go to the beach. \nAdmission is free\, but parking is $3 \nPlease note\, you must register for a spot in the tour on their website.

We recommend you bring a large beach towel\, blanket\, or mat (I bring some blankets if you don’t have one) as well as water\, sunglasses or a hat and sunscreen…Lets join together to experience something truly wonderful by improving ourselves through movement\, breathwork\, and meditation. \nIMPORTANT INFORMATION\nIn order to be compliant with Phase II of COVID social distancing\, classes for now will be limited to 8 people so you must sign up on the Meetup Group page to hold a spot. The sign up for Meetup is free. It just helps me keep a count of how many are coming so we can stay compliant. SUMMARY:Summer Swamp Series – 5K and Virtual Races
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to introduce the 2020 Summer Swamp Series! The Summer Swamp Series will consist of four 5K races held at the beautiful Ascot Shooting Club in East Palatka\, FL. Come walk\, jog\, run or race with us on July 11\, July 25\, August 8 and August 22. Virtual option also available. A time trial (social distancing start) will be used while running on this scenic\, dirt road/cross country style course. Live chip timing\, custom designed finisher’s medal and post race refreshments will be provided for each race in the series. A bright and bold shirt will be given out at race #4 to those who register for all four races in the series.  Series awards will be presented after race #4 to the top three males and females in each age group. \nThe 5K will run with a time trial start. Runners will be sent off every 15 seconds. 50 runners maximum will start in each 15 minute time range. Registrants must select their start time range at registration. The first start time is at 6:15 AM and the last start time is at 8:15 AM. Runners must be finished by 9:00 AM. \n\n5K Start Range #1: 6:15-6:29 AM\n5K Start Range #2: 6:30-6:44 AM\n5K Start Range #3: 6:45-6:59 AM\n5K Start Range #4: 7:00-7:14 AM\n5K Start Range #5: 7:15-7:29 AM\n5K Start Range #6: 7:30-7:44 AM\n5K Start Range #7: 7:45-7:59 AM\n5K Start Range #8: 8:00-8:15 AM\n\nRun the series or individual races with us virtually without having to come to the races!
