If you’re not in the right percentage now\, there’s no more excuses. Come to the Main Library every Thursday at 12:30 for free flexibility exercises tailored to senior citizens. These stretching exercises will help your freedom of movement for tasks such as tying your shoes or looking over your shoulder when you back your car out of a parking spot. \nInstructor Marlene is 75 years young and leads these classes as much for her benefit as for yours!
