On Sunday\, November 3rd there is a Tour of Homes where all guests are transported by Old Town Trolley and features a variety of homes with amazing water views. This year we also have a ‘refreshment’ stop on tour where local restaurants including Beaches\, Puccini’s and Everything Bagel will be serving up food along with music by Chelsea Saddler and Jim Johnston. This is the 3rd Annual Event\, which draws people from all over the North Florida region including Jacksonville\, Ponte Vedra\, St. Augustine and in partnership with North Shores Improvement Association\, proceeds are invested back into the community to help improve quality of life\, lighting and walkability.
