DESCRIPTION:On the third Saturday of every month\, the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve hosts a guided walking tour at Guana South Beach from 9 to 11 am.  This walking tour is a two-hour long hike and participants will learn about the various species of life that call the area home. \nAfter the tour\, guests can return to the visitor center\, continue to hike the nearby trails or go to the beach. \nAdmission is free\, but parking is $3 \nPlease note\, you must register for a spot in the tour on their website.

DESCRIPTION:Channel your inner pirate at the 4th Annual Old City Pirate Fest! With plenty of music\, live entertainment\, dozens of pirate vendors\, activities for the whole family\, and swashbuckling demonstrations (not to mention magicians and puppet shows)\, this is certain to be a festival to remember. So gather your full-fledged pirates and your pirates-in-training for an dastardly and daring weekend. \nGeneral admission to the Old City Pirate Fest is $7 for adults and $2 for children 13 and under. The Pirate Fest Trolley Ride is $20 per person. Dinner is $25 for adults and $19 for kids 13 and under. Concert Tickets are $15. A Parlay Ticket is $35 and includes the dinner\, concert\, and an official mug. An Accord Ticket is $50.00 and includes dinner\, concert\, mug and trolley ride.

SOUPer Bowl V and all-volunteer nonprofit Hugs Across the County hope you will join in supporting food programs for St. Johns County kids. Local restaurants will once again bring tastings of popular soups\, chowders\, and stews to this always-fun community event. Your $25 ticket donation will go to food programs that benefit St. Johns County kids-in-need throughout the school year. The website allows online donations as well\, which will go directly to the purchase of much-needed non-perishable food items.
