SUMMARY:Tolomato Cemetery Guided Tour
DESCRIPTION:The historic Tolomato Cemetery hosts guided tours of the grounds on the third Saturday of every month from 11 am to 3 pm. The grounds were in use as a cemetery from the 18th century until 1864 and is the final resting place to some 1\,000 St. Augustinians. \nThis guided tour encourages attendees to come and learn about the rich history of the cemetery\, and those from an array of cultures who rest there. Some including Spanish\, Cuban\, Greek\, Minorcan\, African\, Irish\, and Haitian. This event is an opportunity to learn about the true stories of the people\, as well as the tales of our oldest city. \nAdmission is free. \n
