They manage to persuade four fellow WI members to pose nude with them for an “alternative” calendar\, with a little help from hospital porter and amateur photographer Lawrence. The news of the women’s charitable venture spreads like wildfire\, and hordes of press soon descend on the small village of Knapeley in the Yorkshire Dales. The calendar is a success\, but Chris and Annie’s friendship is put to the test under the strain of their new-found fame. \nRegular tickets are $26 for adults; $24 for ages 62 and older; $20 for military and students; and $10 student rush for students with I.D.\, available 30 minutes prior to curtain for available seats. Preview Night is the first Thursday of each production and is $15 per ticket. Terrific Tuesday\, the Tuesday after opening weekend only offers a special on 2 tickets for $30. One free ticket for children up to age 12 is available with purchase of full price ticket at $26; children age 13 and older pay adult price. \nShowtimes are 7:30 p.m. from Thursday – Saturday and at 2:00 p.m. on Sundays. DESCRIPTION:Children aged 5 – 14 are invited to tour and learn about the different types of prints on view in our Museum’s collection and in the Edgar Degas: The Private Impressionist exhibition. Lightner museum educators will provide a richer understanding of the types of printmaking while encouraging young visitors to truly look and appreciate why artists choose to work in their selected print media. Our tour will be followed by an enjoyable printmaking activity. Little Lightners (ages 5 – 9 accompanied by an adult) will meet from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. and Lightner Leaders (ages 10 – 14) will meet from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 for children with an additional $5 fee for parents living outside of St. Johns County. DESCRIPTION:Smoke on the Mountain is one of the most produced shows worldwide\, with songs from hymns and bluegrass tunes. The show features two dozen rousing bluegrass songs played and sung by the Sanders Family\, a traveling group making its return to performing after a five-year hiatus. Pastor Oglethorpe\, the young and enthusiastic minister of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church\, has enlisted the Sanders Family in his efforts to bring his tiny congregation into “the modern world.” Between songs\, each family member “witnesses” – telling a story about an important event in their life.
